The newly refurbished Iveagh Hall is a versatile space to suit many occasions. Located in the heart of Leigh-on-sea, our large function room is a popular venue to hire for a variety of events. Whether it be a celebration, a meeting, a regular class or social club, Iveagh Hall can offer the ideal space.
It boasts a large fully equipped kitchen with all cooking facilities, cutlery, crockery and glassware provided. A certain amount of off street private car parking is also available with public transport and local amenities right on our doorstep.
The Iveagh Hall is adjoined to the Iveagh Club which can provide interconnecting access for bar use during celebrations or you can bring along your own drinks!
The hall comfortably fits 80 people but can fit up to 90 seated if needed.
Prices: £25 per hour
Kitchen use: £10 cover charge if usage of ovens and dishwasher are required
Celebrations
Iveagh Hall has been the chosen venue for many celebrations. Birthday parties of all ages can be adapted to from bouncy castles and soft play to DJ's, discos, bands and barn dances. We are also proud to have facilitated some extra special celebrations including: Wedding Receptions, Anniversaries, Christenings and Holy Communions to name a few.
Regular Clubs
We hire our venue to several weekly clubs such as Slimming World, Everyone Health Physio Class, The Leigh Patchwork Club, The Cockleshell Cogs (Morris Dancing) and The Ukulele Musicians. However we do have some spare days/ evenings during the week and weekends when the hall is available to hire for other clubs.
Meetings
The Hall is also an ideal meeting space. The room can facilitate a variety of set ups including boardroom and auditorium style with 20 fold out tables and 90 chairs available.
